When it comes to love, it’s not about the money.

Quinn and Ariel McRae dated for two years before tying the knot. But a saleswoman where the couple bought Ariel’s rings tried to put a damper on the festivities by calling the jewelry “pathetic.”

“My husband doesn’t have a lot, neither of us do,” McRae explained in a Facebook post about the encounter. “We scrape and scrape to pay bills and put food in our bellies, but after almost 2 years of dating we decided that we couldn’t wait anymore, so we didn’t.”

“I wasn’t even thinking about rings, I just wanted to marry my best friend,” she continued, “But he wouldn’t have it. He scraped up just enough money to buy me two matching rings from Pandora.” Read more…

Welp, this is really happening.

In case you’ve buried your computer and haven’t heard (which we understand), starting Jan. 20, 2017, President-elect Donald Trump can send unblockable mass-text messages to all Americans.

Last night, Stephen Colbert tackled the distressing news on The Late Show, and in true Colbert fashion, it’s hilarious.

“The only person I would trust less with that technology is Anthony Weiner,” he joked.

Twitter user @Lexusxoxoxoxo shared an adorable video of her little sister learning to read, and really struggling over the word, “who.”

Though she definitely gets the ‘W’ sound, the little girl seems to have a little trouble keeping her vowels straight.

The budding reader hilariously substitutes the ‘o’ sound for ‘a(aaah)’ again and again.

We’re sure she got it eventually. Read more…
