In the Arrow installment of this week’s CW superhero crossover, Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), found himself abducted by the Dominators, along with his allies Thea (Willa Holland), Diggle (David Ramsey), Ray (Brandon Routh) and Sara (Caity Lotz).
While captured, the aliens placed the quintet in a shared dream that offered them a seemingly idyllic existence: Oliver and Thea’s parents, Robert (Jamey Sheridan) and Moira (Susanna Thompson) were alive and well, as was Sara’s sister, Laurel, whom Oliver was engaged to marry. Read more…

In the current era of Peak TV, shows are considered lucky if they can score a full season pickup, let alone multiple season renewals. But Arrow, The CW’s first Greg Berlanti-produced superhero series, defied all the odds.
Five seasons after it first premiered on the network, Arrow is not only reaching a milestone of 100 episodes this week during the big DC TV crossover with The Flash, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow, but it is also responsible for spawning all three of those other DC Comics series.
Without Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) saving the city in his green hood, there would never have been Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) zipping through the streets of Central City or Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) piloting the Waverider throughout time or even Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist) soaring through the sky in National City. Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) finally got some face time with the other superheroes that populate The CW’s “Arrowverse” in Tuesday’s installment of The Flash, which served as the first part of the network’s much-anticipated “Invasion” crossover.
In addition to meeting other members of Team Flash besides Barry (Grant Gustin) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes), Kara got acquainted with the heroes of Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow, including Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and his sister Thea (Willa Holland), John Diggle (David Ramsey), Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) and Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) — all of whom ended up being abducted by the Dominators before the hour was over.
